Overview

Louise joined the Board in July 2019.

She is an organisational development specialist working predominantly within further education & skills and higher education to deliver a range of consultancy and training solutions.

Louise spent 12 years in corporate management, working for British Airways Plc and Orange Telecommunications working in change management. She then joined City of Sunderland College as Director of Business Solutions heading the college’s employer-led training and education directorate.

Most recently, she is Founder and Director of Mesma, a company that works with educational and training providers in building quality improvement policies, structure, processes and software aligned to external education quality standards. Louise frequently is invited to speak, most recently at the Westminster Employability Forum, the Celebration of Women in Apprenticeships and the National Quality in Apprenticeships Conference.
