You will plan and use appropriate IT systems and software applications to meet requirements and choose suitable software tools to reflect the most productive use of IT.

Various days and times throughout the year.
Classes are usually weekly.
1 to 1 sessions take place at appointment times to suit you - usually once a week.
Distance learning - we advise you allocate dedicated study time on a weekly basis to fit around your commitments.

The Improving Productivity Using IT Level 2 unit qualification aims to provide you with the ICT practical skills required in work, education and everyday life.
